Guidance Update ReportJapan Transcity Corporation <9310> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on May 1st (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 12.8%, from the previous forecast of 7.8 billion yen to 8.8 billion yen (compared to 7.35 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 6.1% to 19.7%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 33.1%, from the previous forecast of 3.01 billion yen to 4.01 billion yen (compared to 3.48 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 15.4% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 34.5 yen to 39 yen (compared to 13 yen in the previous period).
