Earnings ReportTAKAYOSHI Holdings, INC. <9259> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (12:40). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2025 (October 2024 to March 2025) decreased 8.8% from the previous period non-consolidated to 456 million yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 720 million yen was 63.3%, also surpassing the four-year average of 54.1%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the April to September period (2H) is expected to drop 34.2% from the same period last year to 264 million yen.
At the same time, the company, which had previously planned no dividend for the current fiscal year, has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 20 yen (compared to no dividend in the prior term).
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 5.9% from the same period last year, reaching 253 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 12.4% in the same period last year to 12.8%.
