Rise Consulting, First Half Net Income Increases by 21%, Current Fiscal Year Dividend Revised Upward by 7 Yen

Earnings ReportRise Consulting Group, Inc. <9168> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on October 14th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026 (March to August) increased 21.1% from the same period last year, reaching 0.70 billion yen. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.65 billion yen was 42.8%, almost the same as the three-year average of 42.6%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the September to February period (second half) is expected to grow 13.2% from the same period last year, reaching 0.94 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 14 yen to 21 yen (compared to 9 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (2Q), the consolidated net income grew 11.5% from the same period last year, reaching 0.35 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 24.4% in the same period last year to 23.3%.
