Earnings ReportMARUWN CORPORATION <9067> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 99.0% from the previous period to 1.4 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 21.5% from the previous period to 1.1 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 16 yen to 19 yen (compared to 9 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 12 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 36.0% from the same period last year, reaching 0.32 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 1.5% in the same period last year to 2.6%.
