TOBU RAILWAY CO.,LTD. <9001> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) decreased 12.4% from the same period last year to 18.9 billion yen. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 62.0 billion yen was 30.5%, almost the same as the five-year average of 27.9%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin decreased from 14.3% in the same period last year to 12.8%.
