Makoto Construction CO,Ltd <8995> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 7th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 15 million yen to a loss of 63 million yen (compared to a loss of 60 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 90 million yen(compared to 15 million yen in the previous period).
