Japan Logistics Fund <8967> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 12th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended July 2025 increased by 12.9% from the previous period to 6.10 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending January 2026, the ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.3% from the previous period to 6.08 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2150 yen.
