SUNNEXTA GROUP Inc. <8945> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended June 2025 increased by 16.1% from the previous period to 758 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending June 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 5.7% from the previous period to 715 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 40 yen to 41 yen (compared to 39 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 42 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 29.7% from the same period last year, reaching 371 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 12.9% in the same period last year to 14.9%.
