Earnings ReportRelo Group, Inc. <8876> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on November 13th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) significantly dropped 69.2% from the same period last year to 10.1 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 21.0 billion yen was 48.4%, also falling below the five-year average of 57.1%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the October to March period (second half) is expected to grow 4.7% from the same period last year, reaching 10.8 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated net income dropped to 5.75 billion yen, a 35.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 24.3% in the same period last year to 22.7%.
