Guidance Update Report

TOMONY Holdings,Inc. <8600> [TSE-P] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 6th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 34.2%, from the previous forecast of 9.35 billion yen to 12.5 billion yen (compared to 10.8 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), record profits reach four consecutive terms, turning to a 15.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 19.4 billion yen(compared to 21.5 billion yen in the previous period).

In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 6 yen to 7 yen (compared to 5.5 yen in the same period of the previous year), resulting in the annual dividend of 13 yen.
