THE HOWA BANK,LTD. <8559> [FukuokaSE] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 1st (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 92.3%, from the previous forecast of 520 million yen to 1 billion yen (compared to 467 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 11.3% to 2.1 times.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 890 million yen(compared to 682 million yen in the previous period).
