THE TOWA BANK,LTD. <8558> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 4th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 2.0 times, from the previous forecast of 1.50 billion yen to 3.01 billion yen (compared to 2.06 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 45.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 16.7%, from the previous forecast of 3.00 billion yen to 3.50 billion yen (compared to 6.38 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 53.0% to 45.2%.
