Earnings ReportThe Keiyo Bank, Ltd. <8544> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 16.2% from the previous period to 18.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 5.4% to 19.2 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 28 yen to 30 yen (compared to 24 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 36 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.55 billion yen, a 78.3% decrease compared to the same period last year.
