Earnings ReportMARUI GROUP CO.,LTD. <8252> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 2.9% from the previous period to 39.9 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 5.2% to 42 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the fifth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 131 yen, an increase of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 9.56 billion yen, a 17.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 18.7% in the same period last year to 16.9%.
