Guidance Update ReportAOKI Holdings Inc. <8214> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 1st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 3.1%, from the previous forecast of 14.3 billion yen to 14.7 billion yen (compared to 13.2 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 8.0% to 11.4%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 4.3%, from the previous forecast of 10.4 billion yen to 10.9 billion yen (compared to 9.67 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 8.2% to 12.9%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 55 yen to 75 yen (compared to 50 yen in the previous period).
