Taka-Q Co.,Ltd. <8166> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 10th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2025 (March to November) surged 3.5 times that of the same period last year, reaching 293 million yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 380 million yen was 77.1%, it was below the same period of the previous year of 159.6%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit/loss for the December to February period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 87 million yen (compared to a loss of 31 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (3Q), the ordinary profit decreased to 127 million yen, a 8.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.2% in the same period last year to 3.8%.
