Earnings ReportITOCHU ENEX CO.,LTD. <8133> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 30th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 23.2% from the previous period to 17.1 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 6.4% from the previous period to 16 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 58 yen to 62 yen (compared to 54 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 62 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income surged 4.9 times that of the same period last year, reaching 3.16 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 0.4% in the same period last year to 1.6%.
