Earnings ReportHANWA CO.,LTD. <8078> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 23.8% from the previous period to 59.7 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 7.9% from the previous period to 55 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 210 yen to 225 yen (compared to 185 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 250 yen, an increase of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 3.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 16.5 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 1.2% in the same period last year to 2.2%.
