TOYOTA TSUSHO CORPORATION <8015> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on July 31st (15:00). The consolidated net income for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) was 98.3 billion yen, a 2.6% increase compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 340 billion yen was 28.9%, also surpassing the five-year average of 23.2%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.7% in the same period last year to 4.9%.
