TOLI Corporation <7971> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 5th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 19.5% from the same period last year to 2.44 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 4.25 billion yen was 57.6%, which was higher than the five-year average of 43.9%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to decrease 18.0% from the same period last year to 1.8 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.3 billion yen, a 18.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.8% in the same period last year to 4.2%.
