IMV CORPORATION <7760> [TSE-S] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 6th (15:45). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 has been revised upward by 37.3%, from the previous forecast of 1.35 billion yen to 1.85 billion yen (compared to 1.57 billion yen in the previous period), record profits reach two consecutive terms, turning to a 17.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 12 times, from the previous forecast of 47 million yen to 550 million yen (compared to 711 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 93.4% to 22.6%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 12 yen to 20 yen (compared to 12 yen in the previous period).
