Earnings ReportHOYA CORPORATION <7741> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 1st (13:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 11.4% from the previous period to 202 billion yen. This marks the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the fifth consecutive term of profit growth. Furthermore, the company did not disclose the performance outlook for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 115 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided (making the annual dividend 160 yen), and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 51.5 billion yen, a 9.7% decrease compared to the same period last year.
