MANI, INC. <7730> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending August 2024 increased by 5.9% from the previous period to 8.46 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending August 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 4.6% to 8.85 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 1.33 billion yen, a 39.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 30.4% in the same period last year to 27.4%.
