SIGMA KOKI CO.,LTD. <7713> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on January 9th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2026 (June to November) was 0.58 billion yen, a 0.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.32 billion yen was 44.6%, also falling below the five-year average of 49.1%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the December to May period (second half) is expected to grow 8.0% from the same period last year, reaching 0.73 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 9.9% from the same period last year, reaching 0.40 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 11.8% in the same period last year to 12.7%.
