SIGMA KOKI CO.,LTD. <7713> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 10th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2025 (June 2024 to February 2025) decreased 6.2% from the same period last year to 0.93 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.29 billion yen was 72.3%, also falling below the five-year average of 75.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the March to May period (4Q) is expected to grow 2.3% from the same period last year, reaching 0.35 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 33.9% from the same period last year, reaching 0.34 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 8.8% in the same period last year to 10.2%.
