Guidance Update ReportDAIKO TSUSAN CO.,LTD. <7673> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending May 2025 has been revised upward 17.4%, from the previous forecast of 1 billion yen to 1.17 billion yen (compared to 0.89 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 11.8% to 31.3%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the December to May period (2H) ordinary profit is expected to increase 45.3%, from the previous forecast of 0.38 billion yen to 0.55 billion yen (compared to 0.49 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 13.9% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 50 yen to 60 yen (compared to 49 yen in the previous period).
