TOP CULTURE Co.,Ltd. <7640> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2024 (November 2023 to July 2024) was a reduced loss of 351 million yen (compared to a loss of 519 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary loss for the August to October period (4Q) is expected to further decrease to loss of 119 million yen (compared to a loss of 369 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (3Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of loss of 159 million yen (compared to a loss of 324 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin significantly improved from -7.1% in the same period last year to -3.3%.
