OM2Network Co.,Ltd. <7614> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 decreased 13.2% from the previous period to 1.67 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 5.7% from the previous period to 1.58 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 30 yen to 34 yen (compared to 30 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 34 yen for the current term as well.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.5 billion yen, a 17.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.9% in the same period last year to 5.3%.
