TAKASHO CO., LTD. <7590> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 25th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending January 2025 (February to October) turned into a loss of 110 million yen (compared to a profit of 389 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the November to January period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 460 million yen (compared to a loss of 139 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (3Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 377 million yen (compared to a loss of 91 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit/loss margin significantly improved from -8.4% in the same period last year to -4.2%.
