HOUSE OF ROSE Co.,Ltd. <7506> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 5th (14:00). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) turned into a loss of 56 million yen (compared to a profit of 29 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to grow by 1.5% from the same period last year, reaching 349 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the ordinary profit dropped to 87 million yen, a 41.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.7% in the same period last year to 2.8%.
