Guidance Update ReportMATSUDA SANGYO Co.,Ltd. <7456> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on November 4th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 29.2%, from the previous forecast of 6.50 billion yen to 8.40 billion yen (compared to 6.58 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), reaches new record high for the first time in three terms, turning to a 27.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 13.3%, from the previous forecast of 14.3 billion yen to 16.2 billion yen (compared to 13.5 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 5.7% to 19.8%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in three years.
At the same time, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 45 yen to 50 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 45 yen to 50 yen. The annual dividend will be 100 yen (compared to 75 yen in the previous period).
