NADEX CO., LTD. <7435> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 14th (15:40). The consolidated net income/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May 2024 to January 2025) turned into a loss of 264 million yen (compared to a profit of 301 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to decrease 19.1% from the same period last year to 414 million yen.
