Guidance Update Report

Yamadai Corporation <7426> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on November 11th (15:10). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 33 million yen to a loss of 393 million yen (compared to a loss of 361 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected loss of 7 million yen to a loss of 160 million yen, indicating an expansion in the loss margin.
