TOHO LAMAC CO.,LTD. <7422> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on January 28th (15:30). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 160 million yen to a loss of 99 million yen (compared to a profit of 132 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 171 million yen to a loss of 88 million yen (compared to a profit of 50 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
