KAPPA CREATE CO.,LTD. <7421> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 22.4% from the same period last year to 0.78 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.82 billion yen was 43.2%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 59.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand 48.5% from the same period last year, reaching 1.03 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.22 billion yen, a 6.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 1.3% in the same period last year to 1.2%.
