ATOM CORPORATION <7412> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 8th (15:30). The ordinary loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) expanded to a loss of 317 million yen (compared to a loss of 112 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to surge by 12 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.48 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the ordinary profit decreased to 326 million yen, a 28.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.6% in the same period last year to 3.5%.
