GEOCODE CO.,Ltd. <7357> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 15th (15:40). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026 (March to August) turned into a loss of 1 million yen (compared to a profit of 9 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the September to February period (second half) is expected to surge 3.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 59 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (2Q), the ordinary profit decreased to 17 million yen, a 10.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 2.9% in the same period last year to 4.7%.
