Broad-Minded Co.,Ltd. <7343> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 17th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 46.7%, from the previous forecast of 825 million yen to 440 million yen (compared to 755 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 41.7% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 59.9%, from the previous forecast of 643 million yen to 258 million yen (compared to 494 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 47.8% decrease in profit.
