TBK Co.,Ltd. <7277> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) turned into a loss of 196 million yen (compared to a profit of 416 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to decrease 6.8% from the same period last year to 396 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 17 million yen, a 73.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 1.2% in the same period last year to 1.3%.
