ASKA CORPORATION <7227> [NSE Main] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on January 14th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending November 2024 decreased 6.2% from the previous period to 1.91 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending November 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 11.2% from the previous period to 1.7 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 44 yen to 45 yen (compared to 60 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 42 yen, a decrease of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.55 billion yen, a 8.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 4.1% in the same period last year to 4.6%.
