Earnings ReportMITSUBISHI MOTORS CORPORATION <7211> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 8th (15:35). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 52.8% from the previous period to 98.6 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 8.7% from the previous period to 90 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 10 yen, a decrease of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 20 billion yen, a 53.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.3% in the same period last year to 4.3%.
