LIFENET INSURANCE COMPANY <7157> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 12th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) increased 13.5% from the same period last year, reaching 4.95 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 6.2 billion yen was 79.9%, also surpassing the progress rate of 76.1% from the same period of the previous year.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to decrease 9.1% from the same period last year to 1.24 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income grew 12.3% from the same period last year, reaching 1.8 billion yen.
