Earnings ReportINEST,Inc. <7111> [TSE Std] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 20th (15:30). The consolidated net income/loss for the fiscal year ending March 2025 turned into a profit of 42 million yen (compared to a loss of 149 million yen in the previous period), exceeding the previous forecast of 30 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to is 7.1% to 45 million yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to forego the previously undecided year-end lump-sum dividend, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income significantly dropped to 130 million yen, a 60.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.2% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
