INEST,Inc. <7111> [TSE-S] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated net loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) was a reduced loss of 24 million yen (compared to a loss of 387 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the October to March period (second half) is expected to significant drop by 77.3% from the same period last year to 54 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a profit of profit of 102 million yen (compared to a loss of 33 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin significantly improved from -1.7% in the same period last year to 2.9%.
