SAKURASAKU PLUS,Co.,Ltd. <7097> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2024 expanded to 60.7% from the previous period to 871 million yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 650 million yen. For the fiscal year ending July 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.3% to 874 million yen. This will be the seventh consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 24 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged to 2.7 times that of the same period last year, reaching 353 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 4.2% in the same period last year to 6.2%.
