CyberBuzz, Inc. <7069> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has decreased 45.0%, from the previous forecast of 0.50 billion yen to 0.27 billion yen (compared to a loss of 1.71 billion yen in the previous period).

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 58.9%, from the previous forecast of 0.38 billion yen to 0.15 billion yen (compared to 0.08 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 4.3 times to 78.4%.
