JAPAN RESISTOR MFG.CO.,LTD. <6977> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on August 12th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to June) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 20 million yen to a loss of 172 million yen (compared to a loss of 16 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Due to the deterioration of business performance in the first half of the year, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 83.3%, from the previous forecast of 120 million yen to 20 million yen (compared to a loss of 104 million yen in the previous period).
