MATSUO ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. <6969> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on November 5th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has downwardly by 20.0%, from the previous forecast of 190 million yen to 152 million yen (compared to 175 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 13.1% decrease in profit.

Due to the deterioration of business performance in the first half of the year, the full-year ordinary profit has downwardly by 10.4%, from the previous forecast of 480 million yen to 430 million yen (compared to 220 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.2 times to 95.5%.
