TAMAGAWA HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <6838> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 28th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2025 has been revised upward 2.4 times, from the previous forecast of 70 million yen to 170 million yen.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the May to October period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised upward from an expected loss of 51 million yen to a profit of 49 million yen, turning to a profit.

Note: Due to a change in the fiscal year ending October 2024 (7-month fiscal year), comparisons with the same period in the previous year are not provided since there is no corresponding period.
