SANDEN CORPORATION <6444> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary loss for the fiscal year ending December 2024 was loss of 0.17 billion yen, a reduction in the deficit compared to loss of 0.17 billion yen in the previous term. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the loss is expected to be loss of 2.6 billion yen. This will mark the fourth consecutive term of losses.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 0.22 billion yen (compared to a loss of 6.19 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -9.7% in the same period last year to -4.6%.
